When should I place my order?

As soon as you know what you love, reserve it to get the best selection. We can only place holds with a 25% non-refundable deposit and signed contract. You can make changes as inventory allows up to 14 days before your event. The easiest plan is to lock in your must-haves early, then add extra items as your details come together. This also saves your spot on our fast-filling delivery schedule.

How do I start the process?

It’s easy! Browse our website and add your favorite items to your cart. Once you’ve chosen your items and quantities, hit “Submit.” You’ll then be asked for your contact and event info. When we get your wishlist, we’ll be in touch within 48 hours with a proposal and next steps. Not ready to build a wishlist yet? No problem, use our contact form to send any questions our way.

How should I return my rentals and do I need to clean them?

When your event is over, gather all rentals into one central location so pickup is quick and easy. Please remove any food, drink, or debris from items. Linens should be shaken out and placed in the laundry bag we provide. No need to wash them, we’ll handle that part.

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Absolutely! We’ll bring your rentals right to your door (or venue) and can even set them up for certain items. Delivery and setup fees are based on location and will be included in your proposal.

Can I pick up my rentals instead of having them delivered?

For most items, yes. Some of our larger or more delicate pieces travel best with our team, so we’ll let you know which ones need a little extra TLC.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, as long as we still have the items available. You can make adjustments up to 14 days before your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your 25% reservation fee is non-refundable, but we will refund the rest if you cancel at least four weeks before your event. If you cancel three weeks before your event, we’ll refund 75% of your remaining balance.

What happens if something breaks or gets lost?

We understand that life happens. We offer an optional damage waiver on every order to cover normal wear and tear like stains and small rips. The waiver does not cover damage from neglect such as major loss, rain damage, or misplaced property. If an item is lost or broken, a replacement fee will be charged to the card on file.

Do you rent for multi-day events?

Yes. Rentals include up to 4 days, so you can have items delivered a day or two before your event and picked up a day or two after. That way, setup and cleanup are stress-free and you can focus on enjoying your celebration. Need your rentals for longer? We’re happy to arrange an extended rental period for an additional fee.
