When should I place my order?

As soon as you know what you love! 40% downpayment or what we love to call a retainer and signed contract are required to reserve items. This fee secures (“retains”) your items for your date and is applied to the balance.

Events being held within 3 weeks of booking require payment in full. You can adjust your order up to 14 days before your event as inventory allows. Securing early also saves your delivery spot.

How do I start the process?

Browse our rentals, add favorites to your cart, and hit “Continue” We’ll ask for your contact info and event details, hit "Continue to payment". If you are ready to commit, enter your payment information and click "Pay now". If we still need to chat more, choose "Make a Wishlist" and we'll get back to you within 48 hours with a proposal. How should I return my rentals and do I need to clean them?

Gather everything in one central spot for pickup. Please stack all the chairs and wipe excess dirt. As for the linens, no need to wash. Just a quick shake off is plenty. We’ll handle the rest.

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Absolutely! We’ll bring your rentals right to your door (or venue) and would love to setup your event. Just make sure to check the box during checkout and we will include pricing in your proposal. We are here to make partying easier.

How do I set up and play the games?

Each of our lawn games comes with simple, step-by-step setup and play instructions. You can view or download the full guide here.

Can I pick up my rentals instead of having them delivered?

For most items, yes. Some of our larger or more delicate pieces travel best with our team, so we’ll let you know which ones need a little extra TLC.

What happens if something breaks or gets lost?

Don’t stress, it happens! Our damage waiver covers normal wear like stains or small tears. It doesn’t cover neglect or major loss. Missing or broken items will be charged a replacement fee.

Do you rent for multi-day events?

Yes. You can keep items for up to 4 days so you can have them delivered before or after your event, making setup and cleanup less stressful.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Adjustments can be made up to 14 days before your event, depending on availability. For cancellations, the 30% retainer is non-refundable.
