As soon as you know what you love! A 40% retainer (downpayment) and signed contract are required to reserve items. This secures your items for your date and is applied to your balance.

Events being held within 3 weeks of booking require payment in full. Booking early also saves your delivery spot.

Making changes: You can add items or increase quantities up to 14 days before your event as inventory allows. We understand guest counts can shift! Just keep in mind that once you're within 90 days of your event, we can't reduce quantities since we've reserved that inventory specifically for you. For events booked more than 6 months in advance, you have one opportunity to adjust quantities down within the first 60 days after booking. The earlier you can give us updates, the more flexibility we have to help! 

Cancellations: The 40% retainer / reservation fee is non-refundable.

Absolutely! We’ll bring your rentals right to your door (or venue) and would love to setup your event. Just make sure to check the box during checkout and we will include pricing in your proposal. We are here to make partying easier.

We deliver within a 60-mile radius of Frederick, MD, including Hagerstown, Leesburg, Urbana, Rockville, Walkersville, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are based on distance and order size. You can check out the rates right in your shopping cart.

For most items, yes! Some of our larger or more delicate pieces travel best with our team, so we'll let you know which ones need a little extra TLC. Pickup is available at our Frederick location.

Yes! Just let us know when booking so we can note it in your contract.

For pickups: No problem keeping items for up to 4 days. For example, pick up Thursday and return Sunday or Monday.

For deliveries: We can deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after, based on our delivery schedule. In most cases, this is included in your delivery fee, though timing depends on our route for that week.

We rent Chiavari chairs (sparkling gold champagne), Louis chairs (natural wood), bentwood chairs (black), padded garden folding chairs (white), and kid-sized chairs. All our chairs include cushions for guest comfort.

Yes! We provide friendly guidance via text, phone, or email to help you choose the right chairs, linens, and setup for your guest count and space. Just text us at 301-276-4939 with your event details.

We have no minimum order! Whether you need 10 chairs for an intimate dinner or 150 for a wedding reception, we're here to help.

Don't worry, it happens! Our damage waiver covers normal wear like stains or small tears. It doesn’t cover neglect or major loss. Missing or broken items will be charged a replacement fee.

Gather everything in one central spot for pickup. Please stack all the chairs and wipe excess dirt. As for the linens, no need to wash. Just a quick shake off is plenty. We’ll handle the rest.
